There are several important points to note when filling out the Pre-Study Plan Card:

1. The Pre-Study Plan Card submission is done in Simaster through the menu: Academic Services -> Academic -> Pre-Study Plan -> Internal MBKM Study Plan Card.
2. Select the Submission Period labeled “MBKM TPHP (current semester)”.
3. After selecting the Submission Period, a dropdown menu will appear where you must choose the appropriate Period based on the current semester.
4. Ensure that the selected Activity and Topic match the designated MBKM partner.
5. The Pre-Study Plan Card submitted by students will first undergo approval through the Head of Study Program (Kaprodi) account. Once approved, the Pre-Study Plan Card will be forwarded to the academic advisor’s (DPA) Simaster account.
