Requirements for Completion of Studies in the Bachelor in Food and Agricultural Product Technology at Universitas Gadjah Mada

Students who have completed the yudisium process are eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The graduation ceremony is conducted simultaneously at the university level and is scheduled up to four times in an academic year: in November, February, May, and August.
- The graduation period I for Bachelor’s and Diploma programs is held in November.
- The graduation II period for Bachelor’s and Diploma programs is held in February.
- The graduation period III for Bachelor’s and Diploma programs is held in May.
- The graduation period IV for Bachelor’s and Diploma programs is held in August.

| 1 | A pass photo is required with a white background, a maximum size of 2 MB, a 3:4 aspect ratio, and in .jpg format. The body position must be upright, facing forward, and not tilted. – Men are required to wear a collared white shirt, a black tie, and a black suit. – Women are required to wear a collared white shirt, a black blazer, and a black hijab (for those who wear a hijab). The photo must be clear and not blurry, and it should not be a scanned image from a mobile phone. |
