Waste Management Laboratory


The Waste Management Laboratory is a laboratory in the Department of Food and Agricultural Product Technology UGM whose function is to develop techniques for processing and utilizing food waste and agricultural products through the application of microbiology, chemistry, and process engineering. The Waste Management Laboratory provides education, research and community service in the field of agro-industrial waste management.
