Library
In order to support the student learning process, the library of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology UGM provides a variety of library collections, including textbooks, national and international journals, proceedings, theses, and dissertations with more than 20,000 titles. Students, lecturers, and staff of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology UGM automatically become library members, but to use the available facilities, they are required to have a Library Membership Card (KAP). This card can be obtained by registering at the Circulation section of the library of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology UGM by completing the registration form and submitting two 2 x 3 cm passport-sized photos.

In addition to the faculty library, students can also access the Main Library UGM facilities located next to the rectorate building. This library provides more than 400,000 printed collections and more than 80,000 electronic collections (e-journals, e-books, and e-proceedings) which can be accessed for free through various UGM subscription databases, such as Science Direct, ACS Publication, Proquest, Scopus, and Wiley Online-Ebooks.

To facilitate the service system, UGM has implemented an open-access lending system, which allows visitors to choose and take the desired library materials directly. In addition, there is an information search facility through OPAC or an online catalogue that can be accessed on the page of opac.lib.ugm.ac.id. Users can search for collections by author name, title, or subject through this catalogue.
